The segmentation of society into levels of 'cleanliness' will continue apace with access to resources becoming more and more restricted due to scarcity. Today you can get your jab for free but soon you will have to earn your jab as a reward; and even as that turns into rewards for other forms of compliance, access to travel and even food will become restricted as hand-outs and very narrowly permitted times of day so as to reinforce scarcity.
The blending of 'public health' with 'climate change' has already begun. And, true to form, the elites have carved out their own special status and access to resources while scorning the rest of us as needing to do with less.
If you stop and think about it, many will climb onboard thinking that the lifeboat will have room for them, too, but there will be many sacrifices for the sake of preserving 'stability' and 'social order'. To be left in the shadow of greatness will suffice for very many.
The proof of vax mania will be eclipsed. But, for now, milions will be marginalized - made unemployable and improverished - and that will be followed by further stratifications until fewer and fewer will 'qualify' for what we once thought were freedoms and human rights. The great chasm between the elites and the rest will become insurmountable even for the most enterprising sychophants. What then but to look down upon those below of even lower status than yourself? To slip from a wafe thin middle class, that serves the elites, and into the abyss of the untouchables will be just one infraction away, at all times, even if that infraction is a distant associate - think contact tracing used as guilt by association beyond anything remotedly to do with viral spread.
This has been the human condition throughout human history and even today in most heavily populated societies. All it will take is to move masses of foreign 'untouchables' into the mix and to crowd out the sleightist resitance army.
If we do not amass now, we will be buried beneath all that they have planned for us.
At this time I think that the CABAL's goal is to reduce the population by lopping off large portions of the 'vaxed and compliant' majority. These are our friends and families and so trying to save them will slow down the rest of us when we are in pursuit of the CABAL's accessible henchmen.
The war is not going well for us but it has begun and it is in the open, more or less. The 'dry timber' will burn all around us. Safeguarding our sanity and navigating the chaos may cost some their lives by making stands on the frontier.
But, this is attrition. The CABAL needs us to eliminate each other through prolly a decade or more of heavy losses on all sides. I do not mean a shooting war, necessarily, but there will be great suffering and reduction in the general population. Most of the damage now is just a matter of time lapsed.
Even if we recover sooner than I think, they will have distracted us enough to cover their tracks and make their escape. Unless society becomes truly savage, they will always depend, with great assurances, on our civility and equanimity when things settled down. In the meantime they do as much harm as possible by letting what they have started simply proceed on autopilot. THEY can literally sit back behind their moats and castle walls as the true pandemic unfolds on our patches of homeland.
Then, as the worst has passed, who will be left but people like ourselves who will have been weakened by the experience even if we were to sort out the painful traumas and find the way forward in peace. We will have been reduced and the power to finish off the CABAL will be much too far advanced. We might reach THEM but they will be strong enough to survive for another attempt whenever that opportunity arises.
So there will be a standoff. The CABAL will have guestimated what that would look like, under various possible scenarios, and will have already decided what and who to sacrifice from amongst themselves. There might be infighting but, as in the intercine battles within the veiled COMMUNIST CHINA of past decades, most of it will be unseen by the likes of us. They will always present a united front against us.
Would we then, at that time, have the energy within and the resources without to continue beyond the stalemate of a war of attrition? Or would we turn back to re-build civil society as the CABAL retreats to wherever it secures its future? I think we would choose to survive and to re-build beyond the control of the CABAL who'd shrink back into the shadows to recover and re-build in its own way, too.
This was a wild attempt to win it all with a bold stroke of vengeance against a civilization that was on the verge of a huge awakening that would have pre-empted all of this mess. BUT we have not been fast enough, strong enough, ruthless enough to see it through and THAT has given the CABAL their escape route. They have burned all behind them and will continue to do so. Only the henchmen will think that they can win a war of attrition because they feel they have an upperhand and the support/ loyalty of the CABAL. Of course there is no such loyalty returned to the henchmen who will be sacrificed even as they act out of self-interested greed for welath and power. They can not overcome the CABAL nor us and so they will be squeezed out of existence.
The high-tech aspect is what most concerns me as it can be got into the hands of freed radicals from one side or both. But a great deal of our sophisticated civilization will be lost, including high-tech infrastructure, because neither the henchmen nor ourselves can leave such instruments vulnerable to being captured by the other side. The CABAL are counting on our fighting over such scraps.
CYNICAL as my thoughts may be, it is what I think is unstoppable and so I share it reluctantly but with the hope that good ANONS here will find some protection and some means of pursuing elements of the CABAL without running through the hamburger machine of the henchmen.

This view of an RML with shiny panels is a fair Q match.
What gives pause is the golden London Transport labelling under middle window which is an area on the side of the RED BUS that is obscured in the Q pic.
However, the foothold and the shape of the white text area is as close to a match as I have seen. Plus the cream colour livery. And the lack of a larger rearview side mirror also is a Q match. The shiny panels are not interupted by a rail that would hold adverts. There is a slight hintn of red lug nuts on the front wheel, which would also match.
So while there is some reason to doubt, this particular image provides a fair Q match that is very nearly a full-on match.
Inexplicably, I've lost the hyperlink to this image and tineye has been of no help in finding the original/source. The pic is of a wedding event promotion in front of the entrance to a grand stone building, if I recall correctly.

About this vehicle
One of the most widely recognised vehicles the world over, is this timeless London icon the AEC Routemaster, enriched with as much London pedigree as Big Ben or The Houses of Parliament. As does the yellow bike leaning against the posts on the other side of the street, in front of the CH. Diff between the Q pics and the SV image of MAY 2014 is that the bike is parked with front wheel facing the park in the Q pics and facing Northumberland in the SV images.
In various SV images, across the years, there are such boxes up against the iron fence of Whitehall Gardens and on the other side of NORTHUMBELAND, by the PLAYHOUSE theatre. Sometimes looks like this type of box was staged for distribution.

The pic is a composite of three screencaps taken from the video recorde by a commuting cyclist in daylight conditions that appear fairly similar to that of CH1. Of course, depending on how close the two pics are seasonally, that may not indicate a similar time of day.

Here is an old vid which took a snippet from a promotinal vid for the Corinthia Hotel and highlighted the street area facing Northumberland Avenue at night.

In the orginal there was a newspaper that could be dated by its headline and by a view of the bike stall along the curb of Northumberland, which is gone by the time the Q pics were taken. So this video's components were taken sometime in 2013 before the removal of that stall. I would guesstimate the FALL of 2013.
So this might serve as a relevant reference for a night time view of that area around the same time of year, roughly, as the night time Q pics of CH.
Watch the vid in case you spot something moar that helps with your analysis of the bins. Here is a composite of a screencap from the video and comparison with CH2 which showed both sides of Northumberland.
Fren, there was discussiion in an early UK bread about the garbage ickup schedule and the required time of night /morning that that the bins were permitted to be at kerbside.
Here is a pro photo of the same area, looks like very early morning light, low traffic, and a gud view of the bins.
It was taken before the bike stall was removed from the kerb of Northumberland and, based on the colour in the tree foilage, might have been early autumn.
So, guesstimate SEPT-OCT 2013.
Might serve as a gud reference for time of day and season/year as compared with the Q pic of the area in daylight. I think it would be fairly safe to say that this stock photo was taken earlier in the seaon than all of the Q pics of CH, however, early morning light would come later in December, of course, than we can see in this stock photo of early fall 2013. Just lookikng at how to peg the appearance of the rubbish bins with a time of day, really.
Here is another old video that was used to examine the bollards in Q pics with a stock photo dated 2 MAR 2014. The stock shows gud view of the dustbins in daylight.
Given the traffic on street and sidewalks, looks like middle of the day. The tree cover is bare so makes for a fair Q match on that score. At this point it might be worth the effort to review as many stock photos of the Northumberland view of the CH that you can find, especialy time of day, seasonally, with an eye for those bins.

This bike appeared in all of the CH pics and it seems to have been left in the same position in each pic. That indicates the duration of the interval from day to night encompassed someone's stay at the hotel. The bike was not parked under the stairs to the pedestrian bridge, for example, where there is a stall; nor at the iron fence of Whatehall Gardens where bikes are sometime spotted.
Might that yellow bike's time across the Q pics indicate an 8 hour shift of an employee? Natch, this would not rule out different days or even weeks, if this spot was used by the same employee over a given interval.
However, it is not a common sight in the open source vids and pics. In the summer of 2014, a red bike was parked in the same spot in an SV image. SEE PIC.

Note the lights on the TATT's gangwalk. And the cars parked at kerbside across the street. Very low traffic on the road. No signs of motorbikes, parked or moving.
This appears to be an early morning scene perhaps on a stat holiday or Sunday.
