She asked him "have you heard about Q" and he said oh yea I've heard about that" then moved on to the next caller.

I dont know Id say the Q movement has brought people from around the world together on one board and created a think tank powerhouse. Besides things dont happen overnight. Its kinda like this, some people cook a nice home cooked meal. It takes time, practice and patience. Then you sit down to a nice healthy meal with some candles and wine and you dine. People like you order fat greasy burgers from McDonalds and have uber eats deliver it too you cause you want instant gratification.
