no matter what they say, a second special coucil is redundant. If you read (or re-read) the article Q linked earlier today, you would know that according to Turley (who is regarded as a very knowledgeable person on this topic) by Sessions appointing Huber back in Nov 2017, he actually works with the IG and Huber totally has the power to prosecute and by working with the IG, Huber has access to over 400 staff lawyers, which is way more than the special council would get.
