Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) on Sunday blasted Dr. Fauci for his failed Covid response and for sabotaging early treatment using cheap, available, generic drugs.

“I ask a simple question, did Dr. Fauci’s response to COVID-19 work? 788,000 lives lost, many because he ignored and sabotaged early treatment using cheap, available, generic drugs in favor of a vaccine that is not as safe or effective as we all hoped it would be.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively this past year on the effects of hydroxychloroquine in treating the COVID-19 virus.

There have now been 67 Ivermectin COVID-19 controlled studies that show a 67% improvement in COVID patients.

There have been 298 Hydroxychloroquine studies that show a 64% improvement in patients for COVID-19 patients.

Despite the science, Dr. Fauci and the medical elites have blocked the use of these effective treatments for coronavirus patients.

Fauci is pushing the ineffective, unsafe, experimental Covid vaccines instead.

Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccines, accused Dr. Fauci and others of lying and causing the death of over 500,000 Americans by preventing HCQ and Ivermectin, and other treatments from COVID-19 patients.

Dr. Malone and Ron Johnson are right. It is well documented that Dr. Fauci and top US doctors conspired to disqualify and condemn hydroxychloroquine as a COVID-19 treatment.

Website that Publishes Archbishop Vigano’s Speeches and Video Is Taken Down – Three Weeks After He Calls for Worldwide Conference Against the Globalist Threat

Archbishop Vigano is the object of evil attacks by the mainstream media and the globalist left because he stands with Catholics, Christians, and even non-believers who have thirst for justice and truth in this confusing and dangerous world we are living in.

In June 2020 Archbishop Vigano shared words of encouragement with President Trump after Black Lives Matter and Antifa terrorists were terrorizing communities across the country following the death of George Floyd.

January 6 House committee looks to change U.S. election law

The law is described as "a very poorly written, ambiguous and confusing statute" by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).

The U.S. House of Representatives Jan. 6 committee members are looking to change the election law that former President Donald Trump tried to use to convince his Vice President Mike Pence to throw out the results of the 2020 election in Congress.

The New York Times reported on Sunday that these congressional committee members are "arguing that the ambiguity of the statute puts democracy itself at risk."

The Electoral Count Act of 1887 was passed following the disputed election of Republican President Rutherford B. Hayes over Democrat Samuel Tilden, who won the popular vote. The law elaborates upon the U.S. Constitution by describing the procedure for certifying electoral votes in Congress.

Trump attorney John Eastman interpreted the act as allowing Pence to pick electors from pro-Trump states to vote to keep the 45th president in power, according to the Times.

The committee calls the act "severely flawed" and recommended changes, including "limiting the grounds for a lawmaker to object to counting a state’s votes and clarifying that the vice president’s role in the process is merely ministerial, and thus lacking the authority to unilaterally throw out a state’s votes. It has also recommended setting clearer time limits for states to choose electors," the Times reports.

Anti-Trump committee member Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said the act "is directly at issue," and changes would be recommended.

​​"We could very well have a problem in a future election that comes down to an interpretation of a very poorly written, ambiguous and confusing statute," said Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who led the first impeachment trial against Trump.

Former presidential candidate Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) said, "The antiquated law governing the Electoral College vote count is too vague and ripe for abuse, and it resulted in baseless objections that delayed the democratic process."

Some Republicans also support changing the statute.

Former Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson (R) told the Times he worried that the law could be exploited by both parties.

Former Rep. Zach Wamp (R-Tenn.) said, "We know that we came precariously close to a constitutional crisis, because of the confusion in many people’s minds that was obviously planted by the former president as to what the Congress’s role actually was." Wamp advocates for electoral reform through the bipartisan Reformers Caucus at Issue One.

Last week, Pence explained his actions on Jan. 6 in an interview with CBN. "I know in my heart of hearts that on that day, we did our duty, under the Constitution," he said.

CIA Will Not Confirm or Deny If E-Mails on COVID or the Pandemic Exist Within Trump’s CIA Director’s E-mail Box

On March 31, 2020, The Black Vault filed a FOIA request with the CIA for e-mails sent to or from then Director Gina Haspel (FOIA Case F-2020-01212). The keywords sought after included, “PANDEMIC,” “COVID19,” “COVID-19,” and “Coronavirus.” The request did not stipulate a timeframe, and asked for a search of Haspel’s e-mails that was feasible. This likely would include her first date as CIA Director, which was April 26, 2018, through to at least the date of the request.

The CIA’s final response after more than a year and a half is what is known as a “GLOMAR response.” This is when an agency “can neither confirm nor deny the existence or nonexistence of such records responsive” to any particular request.

The question does arise if the CIA will blanket deny 100% of requests that come in on their director’s e-mail box, and this is just standard practice. In another case from 2019 (FOIA Case F-2020-00333), The Black Vault filed for a search of Haspel’s emails for the keyword, “Ciaramella,” which tied in to the alleged CIA whistleblower who exposed President Donald Trump’s phone call with the president of Ukraine which led to Trump’s impeachment trial. This case also yielded a “GLOMAR response,” but in that case, that outcome is somewhat expected, given his identity was not confirmed at the time of filing.

If it were standard practice, it does not seem reasonable that it would take more than a year and a half to offer a GLOMAR response. It would be expected that upon filing, for any keyword search on a CIA director’s e-mail box; it would just be immediately denied.

The Black Vault has numerous other cases currently still open for e-mails sent to or from Haspel and those cases will be posted upon completion.
