One of the FF's asks dispatch if they should call in the Marshall for the burn victim

Next comment from either dispatcher or fire command: Wait, what? you have a victim there? [meaning at the encampment fire]

They are so UNDERSTAFFED [woke council and Mayor and vax mandate]

People are dying now due to the chaos, people who would have survived with timely SFD response

Now at this moment there is a woman burnt to a crisp and command didn't know
