1. So I have been walking/running at a spot nearby for decades now. Up until the covid crap of 2020, it was getting more and more crowded and unpleasant to be at. When everything went to lick down and no one was working, they all swarmed the spot. I just stayed away.

Now, everyone is working and back at school you would expect the place to back to the normal amount of slow walkers and their dogs.

Well, instead of that the place is vacant I mean no regulars. No paddle boarders. no canoes or kayaks no one. It is like it was 20+ yrs ago. I love it but where did the people go?

Then I had the horrible thought. Are they dying off so much, already, that it is so noticeable?

Maybe it is Christmas/Hanukah etc. doing things other than exercising

The weather is perfect. It isn't keeping people away They should be flocking here now
