Technically, Right to Try does not apply. The EO states that it is only for experimental drugs.

Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine are both already FDA approved. For that reason, your doctor SHOULD be able to prescribe them, but health administrations and organizations as well as state governors have acted to block those medications. This violates a physician's right to prescribe off-label.

This is good. But according to Dr. David Martin, we need for CRIMINAL suits to be filed. If we prove fraud or perhaps even claim fraud, it all goes away. "Fraud vitiates everything." They will back off when they no longer have a cover for their liability. Just asserting rights does not remove that cover.
