I have not read WHO assigned Ed to step in.
I think the status of RR (recuse/fired) will be kept quiet for a bit,
so the public doesn't freak out.
Maybe after the word gets out after the documents are reviewed Thursday -
then he will "resign" or be fired due to his corruption.
The public is less likely to freak out at him leaving if his corruption is exposed.
