Missing, endangered teen with sex offender could be in rural eastern Washington

LEWISTON, IDAHO – Lillian Ray Dixon, a 15-year-old female, was last seen on Friday December 3, 2021 at the Lewiston High School.

She is believed to be with Jonathon Wayne Bowles, a 36-year-old male. Bowles is a sex offender who has three warrants for his arrest out of Garfield County, WA.

They could be in the Walla Walla or Columbia County area. They may be on foot, in an unknown vehicle, or hiding out.

Bowles' vehicle was abandoned just north of Waitsburg, WA.

Bowles may be armed, so Law Enforcement should be contacted if they are located.
