Wake Up America/PT News/Freight Broker guy has just been sued by a sketchy company he wrote an article about, Nexus Services. I think they are claiming they lost a contract because of it. A person who simply shared the article is also apparently being sued for $3 million. I suspect Nexus is actually some kind of syndicate front company.
