Sorry to hear that anon, hope you find something new soon.

Good news today from my place of employment (a very large corp). Initially we had until 12/7 to upload a vax card. Then 'accommodations' (exemptions) were started and were told that these would need to be approved. Next we were told 12/31 would be our last date w/o an approved accommodation. Today I received notice that given the large number of accommodation requests a 3rd party has been brought in to review & (dis)approve them and that they won't be done until mid-January. Then a 30-day grace period to get the vax, if not approved, or termination. I view this as a 'win' because there's lots of things that can happen before then in the courts.

Thanks, I need all the help I can get. I think that after today's news of the judge striking down the mandate on fed contractors, they know they won't be able to implement it as a 'policy change'. They are just buying time to see what moves they have left.

Sorry for the delayed response /workfagging
