Labeled as COVID-19 in incubation

Could the + PCR 2 days after administration of Pfizer vaccine be BECAUSE of the vaccine and these are side effects of the vaccine?

Let's assume the PCR can't turn positive from that shot and it's not a false positive.

The timing of vaccine and symptoms points to a vaccine reaction.
