"A former Wheeling Police officer was arrested after West Virginia State Police say he admitted to raping his 9-year-old daughter. Jonathan Q Wiles is currently being charged with sexual abuse by a guardian, sexual assault in the first degree, and sexual abuse in the first degree. Police say Wiles admitted to the rape after a complainant found a note at the residency of Wiles left by the 9-year-old daughter saying ‘Don’t tell dad, please. Please help me, my dad raped me a year ago.’ Allegedly, the complainant also told police that she confronted Wiles and he admitted that the rape happened and that he was ‘in a dark place at the time, and said he would get help and that he was sick.’ Wheeling Police told 7News that Wiles resigned on Monday and they were made aware of the case Monday by state police. Wiles is currently in the Northern Regional Jail on a 90,000 cash bond."

CHARLESTON, WV: "A federal investigation is underway into how disaster aid was handled after the devastating 2016 floods in West Virginia. The state of West Virginia received nearly $150 million in flood relief money. $6.8 million was earmarked for demolishing homes and other property that was too damaged to repair. One demolition project was recently halted for no apparent reason and State Senate Minority Leader Steven Baldwin (D-Greenbrier) became suspicious. A commerce department official revealed in a flood committee meeting, that there was a federal inquiry into the spending and accounting of demolition funds.

“I cannot imagine that there has been mishandling at the Commerce level. And I can positively guarantee you there’s no mishandling from the standpoint with my people that are around me, or myself,” said Gov. Jim Justice, (R-WV). The governor says if any employee is found to have done anything wrong, they will be held accountable.

The RISE West Virginia flood relief program was moved from the National Guard, back to the Commerce Department earlier this year. RISE officials now say that 90 percent of housing projects and 78 percent of bridge projects have been completed."

I'm aware of the OSHA ruling concerning employees, but has there been a decision on customers? For example, many concert venues around the country are requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test in order to enter. This is even happening in Florida.
