Far more interesting to me is what this would mean on a military strategic level:
Problem : How to neutralize a battalion of Esquires who are masters of legalese deception in battlefields (aka legal jurisdictions) are filled with landmines (aka case law favoring corporate takeover) & corrupted referees (aka judges) ?
Solution ? : Make them operate in a jurisdiction (legally valid for numerous future historical reasons) that they've barely ever studied in their 8 year educations in learning techniques of deception, while being watched over by military judges who by & large don't take no shit from nobody.
