although to be honest its better not to use filters at all, a custom JS that fades posts with keywords, high post counts, or have a high ratio of 'filler words' works better. you can always hover over filtered posts this way to get context that might be missing for discussions, and also to glance over stuff to make sure your settings are working properly. Tweaking is needed as their tactics change.

I much prefer fading posts than hiding them,. lets me keep an eye on what they are up to, they are dumb and their tactics give away what they are trying to steer conversation away from. This is how you can tell when you are really over target.

Ok, your question got me digging more on this, and I found another copy of this same document on the foia database. The first time it was declassified page two was completely removed (which I did not post) it is a picture of the individuals showing what the extra terrestrials from orion look like (humans, they look exactly like us). and the stamp in the top center was redacted. The second time it was approved for release the picture on page two was included and the stamp in the top center unrestricted. interestingly BOTH versions even though approved for release in 2010 did not actually get publicly published until trump had control.
