The subduction zone is when you want to pay attention, the far edge of the Juan De Fuca is normally active.

The (West) coastal mountain range were Islands off shore at one point (millions of years ago/'Geologic time' ) until pushed into the NA plate.

Certainly the swarm (waves) could cause another event, but since it has been over 300 years since the last major event and no recorded history to point to (other than from Japan/tsunami and geo investigations), as usual science is mostly guesswork.
