Initial Sketch Found Beneath Rembrandt's

'Night Watch'

A previously hidden sketch has been discovered during examinations of Rembrandt’s The Night Watch. This allows us to watch over the artist’s shoulder, as it were, and look on as he takes the first steps in the making of a masterpiece.
