T y both. :) I gargle with tea tree it will try salt and also try the vapo. This crap just will not leave me. Keep relapsing despite my protocol.

Drinking some now, t y. I had slacked off but am starting up again.
I put it in a mug of warmish water.. kind of like a weak tea. I hope that’s ok? Shoot. The warmth helps my throat which is why I’d been doing it that way.
