Someone lacks the ability to generate income and provide an at home education for their child for what ever reason… serves them right to be taken advantaged of…. /face palm

It's child abuse by the school district. Nice to see you can serve as the moral authority in determining who can procreate and who can not.
Might want to re-evaluate the desire to control someone else's ability to reproduce and who can just take a child away from it's parents. You trust CA Child & Human Services?

Public sector employees shouldn't be shielded by the taxpayers . They should be held liable personally. This might help reduce such shenanigans.
