Partial disclosure was planned with hillary as president many believe, now it's still possible they are still planning on using that and maybe in conjuction with bluebeam against Trump. Could be Trump has a full disclosure planned in the future, but regardless first priority is cleaning house, so I think we should avoid any UFO/ET/secret-tech discussions unless it's in the proper thread for such things
