I like the idea but there are massive problems and when everyone was given the "right" to vote which was not an original right, it created more problems because more people are stupid than not. Used to only be property owners. I am all for the Starship Troopers model. Service guarantees citizenship. Make the people voting invested and not just a thing that low information people are encouraged to do.
