One of the strangest statues that I have ever seen in my entire life has just been set up right outside UN Headquarters in New York City. When I first heard about this, I could hardly believe that the global elite would be so brazen, and so I checked into this very carefully. Unfortunately, this is not just a bad rumor. This absolutely gigantic statue is called “The Guardian of International Peace and Security”, and it looks like something out of a science fiction movie. It does not resemble any known creature on this planet. Instead, it appears to very closely resemble a “beast” that is described in the Book of Revelation. Jaguars and leopards have builds that are at least somewhat similar, and so I guess one could make an argument that the body of the statue resembles either one.

As for the feet, they do seem to resemble those of a bear, and it is noteworthy that the feet are a totally different color from the rest of the body.

New York City Lawmakers Pass Bill Giving Noncitizens, Illegal Alien “Dreamers” Right to Vote

New York City lawmakers passed a bill on Thursday that would give noncitizens and illegal aliens the right to vote in municipal elections.

The new measure would give 800,000 green card holders and illegal alien “DREAMers” the right to cast a ballot.

The City Council bypassed state lawmakers and passed the measure which will likely prompt a legal challenge.

Republican opponents say the city council does not have the authority to grant voting rights to illegals.

NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio has stated he will not veto this measure.

The Washington Times reported:

Noncitizens in New York City would gain the right to vote in municipal elections under a measure approved Thursday by the City Council that would give access to the ballot box to 800,000 green card holders and so-called Dreamers.

Only a potential veto from Mayor Bill de Blasio stood in the way of the measure becoming law, but the Democrat has said he would not veto it. It’s unclear whether the bill might still face legal challenges.

The Council’s vote was a historic moment for an effort that had long languished.

Councilman Francisco Moya, whose family hails from Ecuador, choked up as he spoke in support of the bill.

“This is for my beautiful mother who will be able to vote for her son,” said Moya, while joining the session by video with his immigrant mother at his side.

The measure would allow noncitizens who have been lawful permanent residents of the city for at least 30 days, as well as those authorized to work in the U.S., including so-called “Dreamers,” to help select the city’s mayor, city council members, borough presidents, comptroller and public advocate.

Independent Tribunal Finds China Committed Genocide Against Uyghurs in Xinjiang

A London-based independent people’s tribunal on Dec. 9 ruled that the Chinese regime has committed genocide against Uyghurs and other Muslim minorities in the far west Xinjiang region.

The Uyghur Tribunal found that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), through an array of repressive acts including mass internment, family separation, sterilizations, and forced labor, has implemented “deliberate, systematic and concerted policy” to lower the Uyghur population in the region.

The findings come amid heightened condemnation over the CCP’s human rights abuses in Xinjiang and elsewhere in the lead-up to the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. In recent days, the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, and Lithuania have announced diplomatic boycotts of the Games over this issue. The United States and the parliaments of several Western countries have already designated Beijing’s repression in Xinjiang as a genocide.

Reading from a 60-page document, Geoffrey Nice, the chair of the tribunal, enumerated the many ways in which the CCP and its functionaries in western China have deprived Uyghurs of rights and subjected them to abuses rising cumulatively to the level of genocide. Nice focused on the abuses of Uyghur prisoners in Xinjiang.

The legal basis for this classification lies largely in the precedent set by the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, an international treaty adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on Dec. 9, 1948.

Unspeakable Treatment

The mass detainment of Uyghurs sets the stage for myriad forms of abuse, humiliation, torture, and extrajudicial killing. Nice cited the testimony of witnesses at the tribunal’s hearings in June and September in support of this determination.

“Hundreds of thousands of Uyghurs, with some estimates well in excess of a million, have been detained by PRC [People’s Republic of China] authorities without any, or any remotely sufficient, reason, and subjected to acts of unconscionable cruelty, depravity, and inhumanity,” he said.

As many as 50 detainees at a time have been crammed into cells of 22 square meters, with not enough space to lie down on the floor, forced to relieve themselves in buckets in full view of other prisoners and CCTV, and subjected to torture methods such as pulling off of fingernails and being beating with sticks. Officials have detained them in chairs where their feet or hands are held in place for hours or days, and confined them in containers up to the neck in cold water. Some have been shackled by heavy metal weights for months on end, Nice said.

And they couldn’t because the database was purged before they (EAC vendors) came in. There were no results for them to look at. And that further confirms they never looked at the data of the (election) results. That blew my mind because there are literally logs that say – at this time, on this date, they clicked an option that said Purge Database.” Logan said there is no history of Maricopa conducting this purge in any previous elections, which contradicts Maricopa’s Congressional testimony this “archive was a normal procedure”.

Dominion Invited To Watch: Logan said before they made digital copies of various election machines using forensically approved techniques: “We actually invited Dominion to watch us when we touched their machines. Sydney police officer 'disgusted' with himself after propositioning schoolgirl while on duty, court hears

A Sydney police officer being sentenced for misconduct after having sex with a schoolgirl he approached on duty has told a court he's "disgusted" in himself.

Senior constables James Delinicolis, 30, and Angelo Dellosa, 31, were suspended after being charged in relation to the consensual encounter at a Cabramatta hotel last March.

They each admitted to a single count of misconduct in public office, after an investigation identified nine women who were approached by the officers over a one-year period.

During a sentencing hearing, Delinicolis today told the NSW District Court of a "very traumatic" three weeks in custody, during which he received death threats from other inmates who knew was a police officer.

He revealed his wife filed for divorce, but said he understood her position.

"I am disgusted with myself," he said.

"It's brought great embarrassment to the NSW Police Force.

"It's a very bad image for a police officer to do such a thing and engage in extracurricular activities."

According to a statement of agreed facts, Delinicolis kept a pile of post-it notes with a fake name and phone number on them in his notebook, one of which was handed to the schoolgirl at a train station before the trio later met in the hotel.

Acting Judge Peter Berman asked whether the purpose of the notes was "just in case you met an attractive woman", which he agreed.

"How many would you hand out a day?" the judge asked.

"It would depend, probably a couple a week," Delinicolis replied.

"Depends who I was working with, depends where I was tasked."

He told the court he accepts full responsibility for his actions and has learned lessons.

"Firstly, I should be more respectful, especially to women," he said.

"I shouldn't look at them as an object."

The court heard at one point, Delinicolis told a community corrections officer the attention he received was "like an addiction".

Dellosa sobbed in the witness box recalling a traumatic experience where he was stabbed as a teenager in the Philippines before moving to Australia.

He told the judge that was part of the reason he wanted to become a police officer.

"I've hurt so many people," Dellosa said of his actions.

"I've done everything I can in my power to fix what I've done."

Dellosa said his wife was a "wonderful woman" who had forgiven him.

But he accepted he had "tainted" the NSW Police Force and his actions had major effects on his family and the schoolgirl.

"I was supposed to be a role model," he said.

"I am very remorseful. I want to apologise to everyone who has been affected by my actions.

"I just feel disgusted."

Dellosa also recalled being threatened while in custody on remand.

The pair were initially charged with more serious offences before those were withdrawn and replaced with the misconduct charge.

Italian priest who stole more than £250,000 from church funds to buy drugs for gay sex parties in his home is jailed for three years

An Italian churchman dubbed the 'pusher priest' who stole parish funds to throw drug-fuelled gay orgies has been sentenced to three years and eight months in jail.

Father Francesco Spagnesi, aged 40, and his legal team negotiated the sentence as part of a plea deal in which charges of drug dealing, trafficking and misappropriation were upheld.

But charges of attempted grievous harm against Spagnesi were dropped, despite the priest allegedly failing to tell the numerous male partners he had unprotected sex with that he was HIV-positive.

Spagnesi will serve part of his sentence in a therapeutic community, where he will receive treatment for his drug addiction, and he will also be required to perform community service.

The former priest, who expressed remorse over his actions, will also have to return the approximately EUR 300,000 (£257,000) he stole from his parish.

The money had reportedly been donated by the faithful to help the poorest in society but he had pocketed it instead and used it to orchestrate the drug-fuelled orgies.

According to the defendant's lawyers, the churchman was taking antiretroviral drugs, and the defendant himself had always maintained that he informed his partners about his HIV status.

His boyfriend, 40-year-old Alessio Regina, was given three years and two months in jail for complicity in the buying and selling of drugs, also as part of a plea deal.

Spagnesi became a parish priest at the age of just 27, and he reported that he began dabbling in drugs around a decade ago.

He has since been removed from his priestly functions by the Diocese of Prato in the region of Tuscany.

He told the Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera: 'I wanted to be the shepherd of my faithful, guide them towards the ways of the Lord, and I ended up in vice and perdition.'
