They are throw away kids. Street kids. Nobody will be looking for them. That's why RC scoured the streets for them. Midland Agency is still up on Instagram run by her partner Walter Pierce. Peirce and Chandler are young themselves. I kept my eye on Walter Pierce and also the Midland Agency until just recently. Both are open to the public last I looked. I get the sense that Walter Pierce is European. Ray Chandler's IG is private.
