Makes sense, considering VGR had at some point stated that JE/GM asked if she would give birth to a baby. Certainly some people "agreed" (whatever that even means in those circumstances).
I'm just pointing out that VRG said "no thanks" to having a baby, which implies some kind of "choice". Not suggesting that the potential birth mothers were autonomous and able to give informed consent.
