We tend to think of 3D as our home reality, where we were born, live and one day expect to die.
Material space we imagine we are familiar with but it is not necessarily the reality where our selves, our composite identities reside, that is something else - a hyper dimensional mind space.
Once we formally conceive and describe something (like imaginary numbers or a sextant) in mind space, if those formal rules are also the laws of physics in 3D+T space then our abstract idea will function in 3D space also.
Even if we imagine an instrument like a sextant, formally define and describe it's properties, we can move it from abstract mind space and actually build it in the 'real world" of material space.
Abstract, ideas in mind space are far more powerful than material weapons, we are proof.

Vril type 1 lizards (terrestrial aliens) are parasitic, carnivorous and malevolent. They’re about one to two feet tall.
