I was thinking Chyna. Went to look if that big land purchase of theirs was near Corpus Christi where the path of the tornado starts. Nope, but one of the largest investments by China in America is in Corpus Christi - a pipe plant that doesn't have enough employees but should be operational by the end of 2021? See here
