C-130H Looks like it might be heading into Lunken.
Flying pretty low dropped of ADSB just after I capped it.
C-130H 90-9108 is equipped with MASS (Modular Aerial Spray System).
Looks like it was bug spraying over the river area marshy areas.

It might be a training flight practicing their spraying rather than actual bug spraying.
It would make sense to spray mosquito rich areas while the larva eggs etc are still in the water probably better than wait until their are airborne clouds of the adult mosquitoes.
Could be pollution mitigation or dealing with undesirable vegetation or algae rather than bugs.
