Why are so many people in Maine in the hospital with Covid?

Hospitalizations in Maine are up 902% since July, even with 99.9% of seniors at least partially vaccinated and 63% having had a booster shot. Who would have guessed that unmasked and unvaccinated college football fans in the South could do this to them?

MSM narrative is to suggest it's due to HOLIDAY GATHERINGS LIKE THANKSGIVING:

Maine reports record spike in COVID-19 hospitalizations and ICU patients. The big one-day jump in the number of inpatients coincides with predictions of a post-Thanksgiving surge and ratchets up stress on the state's hospitals.

But one of their main providers, MAINEHEALTH, specifically discourages patients from getting ANY sort of outpatient treatment for Covid - and only provides REMESIVIR for those in the hospital.

No wonder people are sick.

I did in my own dig: >>15182666

But when claims are made that lack the status of "facts" (where there's some evidence but not definitive proof), it's sufficient for a respondent to point that out

Up to the OP to support his claim

His dig, not mine
