Without getting bogged down with details, the clones (in most cases) are many physical years younger than the host, and therefore, have not accumulated the fat reserves which most of us put on over the years, even if we attempt to stay in good health. Imagine an 18 year old fit model in perfect health. Even those who eat the proverbial "grape a day diet" develop more mass over time. Picture that same 18 year old model when she is 28, then 38, and so on. If you build a late generation clone of a 50 year old man, while the clone may "appear to be" 50, its internals are only a few years old.
Assuming the photographic evidence relating to this subject matter to be valid, it appears that the former or original Epstein host, or first generation clone, is the deceased in the attached imagery. Its highly unlikely (knowing the transfer which took place) that the host would be brought into the prison to play the part of the suicide, therefore, what we most likely are looking at is a first generation clone, evidenced by copied elements of the hosts jewish bloodline (*see nasal deformities of jewish/luciferian bloodline).
