Cacao has a high zinc content as well as magnesium.
I make up a chocolate and banana smoothie with hemp seeds and flax seeds more or less each day with lactose free milk.
Could use coconut milk as well but that's awkward to find.. A bit of avocado pear could be dropped into it as well and you wouldn't know you're drinking it if you don't like them..
Loaded with zinc, magnesium, potassium, omegas from the flax seeds and all the proteins from the hemp seeds..
