1st amendment only restricts govt action. It will never apply to private entities i.e. @Jack. That's how it has always been. This decision doesn't change anything. Besides, this is a District Court decision, not an appellate or SCOTUS decision. Doesn't bind any other courts.
The Constitution of the United States only restricts government or "state action." This ruling does not give any new case law for anons to file a class action against @Jack for being blocked or banned. All I am saying is that the Constitution doesn't apply to private entities. Regulation and usage laws are an entirely different matter i.e. real estate zoning laws.
