These people are stupid. This is a Pandora's Box. This ruling sets an important legal precedent regarding the 1A that will backfire in many ways that they won't like.
Its not so much the mix of genders thats the problem, its the encouragement of sexual activity among VERY young children. On those away trips will they be chaperoned? Condoms? Do those things fit pre-teens? Will the 17 year old boys be rooming with the 10 year old girls? And, will the new Scouts USA organization bear any responsibility when the girls come back home pregnant?
