CONgress failed in its duty to prosecute all those reponsible for Benghazi. Her psycho behaviour is a directresult of her "Above the Law" empowerment. Remember that Obama was reelected pResident and Hillary was nominated by the Democrats to run for pResident AFTER Benghazi.
