Look up tge specification sheets specifically for 3M M95 Masks. They explicitly state they DO NOT protect against Viruses. I've posted it here and elsewhere before, but no one gives a shit and/or they already know.

Even for Mold Spores, such as in Mold Abatement, they only have certain filters which will protect against some molds. Otherwise it's a scuba suit. Just like the folks at Fort Dettrick Maryland who handle.1-4 level viruses. (SCUBA with Decon Showers) are the only thing that works. Taught Combat Training for 23+ years in the USAF. A Military Gas Mask doesn't protect against Viruses. It is also in the spec sheets and nomenclature of the filter systems.

A growing number of New York counties indicated they won’t enforce Gov. Kathy Hochul’s mask-or-vaccine mandate that she enacted earlier this month, with one county executive describing the Democratic governor’s order as “misguided and unrealistic.”

Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus said he opposes “using Gestapo tactics and going business to business and asking them if they are enforcing masking,” referring to the governor’s order.

“My health department has critical things to do that are more important than enforcing this and I think small businesses have been through enough already,” the Republican executive said. “God forbid the governor directs the state police to go out and enforce it.”

On Dec. 13, Hochul—who took over after then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo resigned in August—said her administration won’t attempt to compel counties into compliance with the mandate, which went into effect on Dec. 13 and runs until Jan. 15, 2022.

“I do hope that the businesses will enforce this, and individuals will understand how important it is,” she told reporters at a Dec. 13 briefing. “We have left it to the counties to enforce, so counties can choose not to enforce. But we hope counties are enforcing.”

Attorney Michael Curran: California’s mask ‘mandate’ is not enforceable by law

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Attorney Michael Curran, who represented hundreds of local businesses as they peacefully protested against the lockdown orders throughout the coronavirus pandemic, now says the new statewide indoor mask mandate is not being issued by Gov. Gavin Newsom.

Attorney Michael Curran joined KUSI’s Logan Byrnes on “Good Evening San Diego” to discuss more in detail Tuesday.

It is only a “requirement,” that does not cite “any particular authority,” said Curran.

Curran added that the mandate “is not an order at all, it is a memo, a ruse, a feint,” that is legally unenforceable, warning the state government is trying manipulate the citizens.

He described the action as a “flawed attempt at a mandate” and further explained that an enforceable public safety order must state how it is being issued, upon what law or government code it relies, and the punishment for not following the mandate.

This statement has none of those things, Curran emphasized.
