Acting talent is not that rare a commodity. For everyone who has made it big, there are hundreds of others with equal or better talent who are languishing in obscurity. Same with music. Most of the musical "talent" today is average at best, and enhanced by technology (auto-tune, etc.). There are multitudes of highly talented musicians who are unknown and broke.
If someone has made it big and you are scratching your head as to "why them?", they are undoubtedly cabal.
Case in point…Glenn Close is a functional actress, not terrible, but not all that special. Add to the euqation that she's ugly AF. How did she make it? Cabal.
