What Happened at the Hotel Washington Yesterday?

I've been offline a couple days, hardware issues, but a friend anon sent me this link yesterday, wondering what was going on in DC. Friend anon knows I come here, friend doesn't, so I'm asking what happened at the Hotel Washington yesterday, USSS vans, FBI, loads of cops, fire engines blocking off 4 square blocks around 15th St and Constitution.
