maybe the tests were fraudulent, like the covid PCR tests, then [they] gave the "sick" medication that really gave them AIDS, with the ability to spread through sexual contact and blood, [just like covid vaxxx] then the infected die wasting away after they've been bled of their monetary value and done their part to shed the new pharmacological disease.
