When you trigger an appraisal event, such as building a replacement structure and/or pulling cash out for a re-fi, they re-assess your property taxes.

Construction labor shortage is already here coast to coast. Make it worse, drive inflation.

Confessing, not a bio/med anon. I know that PCR stands for polymerase chain reaction and I understand the concept of the punnett square but that is it. I know nothing about the technical factors which influence the test - number of spins, storage temp, age of the sample, etc. - therefore in all of this bio/med stuff, I must defer to those who know.
