The only jab that has been approved so far is Comirnaty. If they try to give you anything else, you have the right to refuse it. What can an employer say when you come back and say, "No one has the approved vaccine"? Anyone who forces or coerces any of the others has committed an unlawful act.
It doesn't work that way. There should have been no barrier. Usually, doctors have the right to prescribe anything off-label. The drug doesn't have to be approved for each new use. And yet that option has been blocked.
Loss prevention. FEMA isn't free.
Then you can sue the hell out of 'em and maybe have them charged with a crime as well. It's a violation of the 1974 National Research Act. And in that same injunction, you will find that the military did not meet all of the conditions to force an unapproved drug on the soldiers, either.
