If you build it in C it will run on literally anything. It can also do anything, it is also usually the smallest it can be, so it can run on the cheapest/smallest boards.
I disagree with your grading. This is clearly talking about damage done to the infrastructure of the system. "Infrastructure" should be an uncountable and "system's" should be a simple a plural.
