I keep stressing this to fam & friends. Not even to ‘just get checked out’. I tell them in these times to think of a hospital as the raid commercials for the roach motels. You check in, and never check out.

If you’re prone to anxiety or psychosomatic things, the key is to stay calm. One of the most helpful things an anon posted here is if you can cough, you can breathe.
Spouse sat with me and we prayed, listened to hymns. It was very, very scary but I felt the presence of God, helping me one breath at a time. satan has no power over me.
