Plane using emergency squawk code.
Plane is just to the E of the town of Whitt Tx & N of Bald Knob.
This is the second one in this area in the last few days.
The previous occasion it was a little way south of this one.

Plane was an air force fighter doing a flypast at a memorial event.
Planefags confirmed the fighter flypast when it happened during Psaki's presser.
TVPX is the company owning the planes capped a couple of days ago doing photomapping over Ohio.
