"You just waded into legal peril, which will be fatal to Krogers: Is it true the unvaccinated person can contract and spread covid? Yes it is true. But is in not also true that an unvaccinated person can also contract and spread covid? Yes it is true. So if there is one requirement for a vaccinated person and another, more harsh and severe requirement for an unvaccinated person KROGER has just committed TEXTBOOK DISCRIMINATION. Look up Title 7, dimwits. You just stepped into probably about 300-500 million dollars worth of valid and absolutely winnable (by your employees) lawsuits. How I wish I was an unvaccinated Kroger employee now. I could retire and live in luxury in about 6 months. And guess what - it is TOO LATE to do anything about this! HA HA HA!~ You idiots already pulled the trigger and committed the crime of discrimination. No going back now. Good luck."
