If that ruling is not overturned, there will be a new cottage industry of lawyers attempting to work out just how much of a public figure you have to be/public forum you have to present for this to apply.

I watched that roundtable. It was very good and quite powerful with statements from families of murder victims of MS13.
I doubt that is real, because since the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 was passed it has been perfectly legal for CNN to deceive the public. In fact, the taxpayer pays for the deception in some cases!
