I'm not even entirely certain I agree with it at all. I understand this point:

But this gives government overarching power into telling corporations how they can be allowed to conduct business. I'm not sure I agree with it. What the judge should be saying is, "Is it in the bylaws/terms of use for that company to allow its users to do that? If so, fuck off." That's what should happen.
