"Governor Larry Hogan announced in a press release today the launch of the Maryland Supply Chain Resiliency program, a new initiative for supporting resilience building activities for Maryland manufacturers. Available grants for technical assistance to manufacturers that lost sales, revenue, contracts, customers, or suppliers due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as those with a workforce or supply chain disrupted by the pandemic. Assistance ranges from helping a business identify new markets and supply chain solutions, to export activities, executive coaching, and adopting and implementing new technologies. To be eligible for the program, a company must meet a certain set of criteria, including having a physical location in Maryland, a minimum of 10 employees, and demonstrate a segment of their business was adversely impacted by the pandemic. Applications for the program are now being accepted."
