I have to play devil's advocate. You and I are very different from the President. Everything he says (even what the Communications Folks at the WH post) on Twat, are official & public record. Those laws do not apply to average citizens.
Now, what I think is awesome, is that lawsuits of this nature open Twat up to, "discovery." And that allows digging deep…all the way to Twat's CIA links. When THAT becomes public, then Twat gets sued into oblivion and that will make even Hard Lefties cry for a no-shit IBOR.
