>She’s a well-preserved 71-year-old Serbian…
As I was reading the previous breads, this line jogged my memory (and autism) big time. You'll see why in a moment.
Do any of you remember the movie "Death Becomes Her"? In it, Goldie Hawn and Meryl Streep are aging rivals who are trying to turn back the clock and one-up each other, and the movie has a character named Lisle Von Rhuman, played by Isabella Rosellini, who is an old woman but looks very young because of an immortality potion that she created. I clearly remember Rosellini's line where she says, "I am 71 years old" – thus my epiphany.
Could the character Lisle Von Rhuman have been based on Marina Abramovic? The way she looks and acts in that movie certainly reminds me of her – black hair, pale skin, similar style of dress, foreign accent, and weird mannerisms. The movie came out in 1992 but Abramovic has undoubtedly been creeping around behind the scenes in Hollywood for much longer than we've known. And could the immortality potion in the movie be a metaphor for babies' blood, adrenochrome, etc.? Many truths are disguised as fiction.
