Yeah that is fine and all, but having a copy of those caps really helps when you're away or sleeping. could you perhaps put it all in a zip and upload it somewhere?
Pretty much any website should be running gmt, then you can have the browser handle the timestamps in whatever zone the user is in. This way your own code and database doesn't have to deal with any timezone or daylight saving fuckery.
Distract? I don't think so, This looks to me more like a replay of 2015 where Obama was setting up conflict with Russia. This was meant to be a nuclear exchange that would have happened almost immediately after Hillary won the election.
The basic cabal plan involved nuclear biological chemical, so they want a nuclear exchange to happen. The only country really capable right now of doing enough damage after penetrating our defenses is Russia. China is ramping up, but doesn't have everything online yet. Nobody else can do anything substantial other than terror attacks.
