Mr. Michael B. Yanney II founded The Burlington Capital Group LLC at America First Tax Exempt Investors LP since 1987 until 2008 and served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Since 1977, Mr. Yanney has been actively engaged in business throughout the Former Soviet Union overseeing direct sales, independent investments and serving as Chairman of Agribusiness Partners International, I & II. Mr. Yanney serves as the Chairman at Agribusiness Management Company, L.L.C. He serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Burlington Capital Group LLC. He served as the Chairman of Burlington Capital Group LLC from 1984 to 2008. He served as the Chairman of MFA Mortgage Investments, Inc., from 1997 to February 2003. Previously, he has served as the Chairman of EurekaBank, MFA Mortgage Investments, America First Apartment Investors and America First Tax Exempt Investors, LP. He has over 40 years of investment, banking and business experience. Mr. Yanney is based at the United States office. Mr. Yanney has significant experience in the development and operation of agribusiness projects in Russia and other countries of the Former Soviet Union, having been involved in a total of more than 40 agricultural related projects in the Former Soviet Union. He was also involved in the operation of a large cranberry farm in Pinsk. In addition, Mr. Yanney worked with Valmont, Inc. in the development of an irrigation equipment manufacturing plant in Rostov-na-Donu and also assisted the John Deere Company in licensing the manufacture of soybean harvesting equipment to the Ministry of Agriculture of the former Soviet Union. He was the principal leader in a major wheat production project in Russia, which was coordinated with several Western European agribusiness corporations. Mr. Yanney has dealt directly with or is acquainted with each of the Soviet and Russian ambassadors to the United States since 1978 and with the Ministers of Agriculture and Food. Through his activities, he has developed numerous in Region and government contacts and has gained extensive knowledge of both the importation and exportation of agricultural equipmentand products to and from the former Soviet Union. He has been a Manager of Burlington Capital Group LLC, General Partner of AmericaFirst Multifamily Investors, L.P. since 1984. Mr. Yanney is also a Director of Forest Oil Corporation, All Our Kids, Inc., MFA Mortgage Investments, Inc., Magnum Resources, Inc., InLight Solutions, Inc., Lozier Corporation, PKS Information Services, Inc., Tetrad, Inc, Omaha State Bank and Freedom Communications, Inc. He has also been on the board of the Predecessor funds and has had active involvement in all portfolio companies of Agribusiness Management Company. He served as Manager of America First Companies LLC. Mr. Yanney served as a Director of Netrake Corporation, of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp. from 1989 to April 2005, RCN Corp. since 1997 and MFS Communications Company, Inc. He served as a Director of America First Apartment Investors Inc. since 2002. He served as a Director at Streck, Inc. and MFA Financial, Inc. He served as a Director of Level 3 Communications Inc. from March 31, 1998 to October 4, 2011. He served as Director of Forest Oil Corporation and Director for 15 years of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. Mr. Yanney is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney and the University of Wisconsin, School Of Banking.
